This delicious fudge turned out to be a sort of social experiment on my family. Every time I cook something and describe it using the words 'vegan', 'healthy' or even 'gluten-free' a sudden look of terror arrives on my parents and boyfriend's faces. This time I made the fudge while everyone was out of the house (so they couldn't see the ingredients) and just left it front and centre in the fridge.

I am currently feeling so incredibly jet lagged - so to feel better I am craving tropical getaways, beautiful smelling flowers and Sunday picnics.
